Our September Burg in Focus, our monthly partnership with TheBurg, features Christine Turner, the new director at the Historical Society of Dauphin County.
Turner has moved around the country quite a bit, but is happy to be returning home to the Harrisburg area. Turner’s background includes stints at Major and Minor League Baseball teams and most recently, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region in Albany, N.Y. She brings her event experience and a passion for history to her new position.
