Giving Thanks: Doug Metz

The GK Visual team has been tasked with sharing, “What We’re Thankful For,” this holiday season. Each week leading up to Thanksgiving 2017, we’ll feature a different team member and what he or she is thankful for this year.
We’ll first hear from Doug Metz, Co-Owner and Head of Post Production.
Here is a list I, Doug Metz, am thankful for (in no particular order):
Ellie and Bones – Our dogs who provide snuggles and laughs
Sam – My son. He’s such a good kid and I love the humor we share together
Miranda – My wife is the best. Beautiful, loving, funny and keeps me in line
Family – even though I’m horrible with communication, I’m thankful they listen when I do talk
GK Visual – I’m thankful for the great team we have assembled. They are incredibly talented.
New music – I love that feeling you get when you find a new song that you’re in to.
Good beer – need I say more?
The sun – I’ll miss you during winter
Movement – as I get older I appreciate being able to move even if it takes a little longer.
Friends – I’m an odd bird so I appreciate the people that put up with me
Sleep – ZZZzzzzz……
