Burg in Focus: Raising the Bar

Our monthly partnership with TheBurg returned us to our neighbors at the Broad Street Market this month to talk to the duo behind Raising the Bar bakery.

Casey Callahan and Timishia Goodson have been creating from-scratch croissants, strata, breads, bars, cookies and more since they opened in June.

Raising the Bar is one of the Market’s newest tenants, who along with Burg in Focus feature, fudge-O-lutely, and many others, are helping to elevate the once-flailing market into a neighborhood and city gem.
